Delhi School of Retail is a free learning platform. We do not charge learners for any course, certificate, or feature. Because we don't accept payments from learners, there's nothing to refund.
1. The platform is free
Every course on Delhi School of Retail is free for learners. There is no premium tier, paid plan, in-course purchase, or "unlock the rest" upsell. If a course is on Delhi School of Retail, you can finish it without paying.
Certificates of completion are also free. We don't charge for them.
2. If you accidentally paid us
If you somehow paid money to a website claiming to be Delhi School of Retail, please treat it as a scam. We don't have a payment system. Report it to us at security@delhischoolofretail.com and contact your bank or payment provider for a chargeback.
3. Brand & instructor partnerships
If you're a brand or organisation that has paid Delhi School of Retail for a sponsorship, partnership, or custom training engagement, the refund terms are governed by the specific contract you signed with us. Please refer to that agreement, or write to partners@delhischoolofretail.com.
4. Time and effort
We can't refund the time you spent on a course you didn't enjoy. We're sorry about that. But we'd love your feedback — write to hello@delhischoolofretail.com and tell us what didn't work. We use feedback to make courses better for everyone.
5. Account deletion
If you want to delete your account, write to privacy@delhischoolofretail.com with the subject "Delete my account". See our privacy policy for details.
6. Changes to this policy
If Delhi School of Retail ever introduces a paid feature in the future, we will publish a separate, detailed refund policy for that feature before charging anyone. The current "free for learners" model is core to the platform.
